Operating
Terms 2026.
Legal parameters governing the access, consultation, and utilization of the Ethicway Automation cooperative robotics platform and educational resources.
1.0 Acceptance of Engagement
By accessing ethicway.sbs, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Ethicway Automation. These Terms of Service govern your use of our educational materials, consulting frameworks, and technical documentation regarding collaborative robotics (cobots).
If you are using this site on behalf of a manufacturing entity or facility, you represent that you have the authority to bind said entity to these terms. Use of this site is restricted to persons over the age of 18 and professional entities operating within the industrial sectors.
2.0 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to cobot kinematics guides, safety auditing methodologies (The Ethicway Payload Protocol), technical diagrams, and proprietary automation workflows, remains the exclusive property of Ethicway Automation.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of industrial blueprints or consulting materials for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize downloadable resources for internal facility evaluation and training purposes only.
3.0 Professional Liability & Bounds
Ethicway Automation provides consulting and educational guidance based on current North American manufacturing standards (ISO/TS 15066). However, our resources serve as a bridge to implementation, not a final legal certification of safety.
Final Sign-off: The responsibility for onsite safety remains with the client’s designated Safety Signing Officer. Ethicway Automation is not liable for mechanical failures, personnel incidents, or loss of production resulting from the implementation of suggested robotic workflows without professional onsite validation.
We do not guarantee specific ROI percentages or cycle time improvements, as these variables depend on fluctuating facility conditions and third-party hardware performance.
4.0 Safety & Technical Accuracy
Our safety audits and compliance guides are vetted for technical accuracy at the time of publication. Manufacturers must verify that any cobot deployment complies with their specific provincial or state regulatory bodies.
- // Guidance is provided "as is" without warranty of suitability for hazardous environments.
- // Regular updates to regional safety protocols may render older documentation obsolete.
Built for
Co-existence.
Our terms are designed to foster transparent communication between automation consultants and manufacturing leadership. We prioritize the transition from rigid barriers to human-centric safety logic.
Revision History
Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically as automation regulations evolve alongside robotic sensing technologies.
